80 year old Chinese washes hair after 26 years

With a beard as long as 5ft. and hair as long as 6ft., this 80 year old Chinese man washes his hair for the first time in 26 years. The picture attached to the article is mind boggling - how can you have all that hair and not wash it for such a long time? and another, so much hair is a lot of weight on your head - how does he move around without it all falling to the ground?
