Interesting read v.0.1
This is a short list of stories popping up from around the web this past week:
The WiiKitty site launches with pictures of cats and Wii components in funny pics. If you've got a Wii and a cat, go ahead and submit your pic.

Air Balloons like never before
This is a great movie, created with timelaps photography, showing an Air Balloon race. The funnier balloons are obviously the ones with the funny shapes, and how they are animated into life in the movie.

Mazda cars on a capsized ship
What happens when a cargo ship carrying over 4000 brand new Mazda's capsizes? First, you'd think they try to salvage. Then, considering the ship was capsized for over a month the good people at Mazda finally decided to scrap all 4000+ cars. A good decision as far as I can tell.

Let your mother use Ubuntu
This is another story about a person switching to Ubuntu. Only thing is, that this time he helped his mother make the transition. It's always nice to read how much easier life has become to people who've "crossed over" to Ubuntu.

Working Ferrari at 1:3 size!
Amazing work of a devoted man who spent 15 years of his life making his very own Ferrari. His model is a 1:3 scaledown of the original, but still works! Engine, wheels, gears box and more - all in working order.

Feedburner - Behind the scenes
I think it's realy nice when people post pictures of the real-live people behind the big names in the internet industry. It helps make the surfers feel there is a real human being behind every post, and every corporate logo that there is. I felt like that when I saw some pictures from Flickr a few weeks ago, and now I've come across these from the good people in Feedburner.
